Change Leadership (Change Management)
It's difficult to “manage” change. Instead, you have to lead through it. People don’t resist the change, but more the consequences of the changes when not understood. My role as a change partner is to help leaders:

  • Identify stakeholders and minimize disruptions for stakeholder groups

  • Communicate changes and involve people in decisions

  • Engage change champions throughout the organization

  • Facilitate dialogue and communication, again and again

  • Conduct surveys to measure impact

Program Management
Sometimes you just need an extra pair of capable hands to manage a project. I offer clients my expertise in project management to plan, organize, motivate, and manage resources to achieve specific goals. This includes:
